NHS Occupational Therapist - Acute Mental Health Unit in Hillington

Band:
B5, B6, B- multiple opportunities available

Location:
Pield Heath Road, Uxbridge

Start date:
ASAP

End date:
min 3 months contract with possibility to extend

Job spec:

- provide OT assessments, 1:1 and group work engagement with service users to support recovery and discharge
- complete OT ADL assessments and reports (including some home visits) for housing and care package recommendations


You will be part of an established OT team with a Lead OT, Senior OT, OT Apprentice, Senior Peer Support Worker and Sports technician.

Modern purpose built unit - own OT dept.
