Autism Bedfordshire is an independent charity that is dedicated to improving the lives of autistic people and their families by providing impactful services across the county and beyond.
They work on various projects with the aim of creating change in services for autistic adults across the region by listening to the experiences of local adults.
What you will be doing:
We are seeking a part-time videographer/photographer to work with our Co-Production & Engagement Team on a brand-new communications project which aims to improve the information and advice available to autistic individuals and people with a learning disability, alongside breaking down barriers and reducing the inequalities faced when accessing heath care services.
To succeed in this post as a Videographer you must be able to work creatively to produce the desired product.
The videographer will be required to film in various locations across Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes. The films will need editing and producing to fit with the brief of the project.
Videographer Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in videography and photography (ideal but not required).
- Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop etc
- Proficiency with camera equipment
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your videography and photography skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Clear communication, collaboration and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Videographer Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Co-Production & Engagement team to conceptualise and execute visual storytelling.
- Shooting and editing videos and photographs for various projects.
- Operating and maintaining camera and lighting equipment ensuring the equipment for a shoot is present and working
- Coordinating visits with the teams involved in the various projects
- Film videos on set or on location
- Plan the shoot with the Co Production and Engagement team and the NHS
Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

£9,321.60-£12,428.80 per year
