Cubed Talent are recruiting for a new temp to perm opportunity -
Technical
Customer Support Administrator, working for a busy manufacturing company based in Cross Hills - Keighley.


Main duties and responsibilities:


  • Responsible for processing documentation, including time sheets, and allocating chargeable costs
  • Act as the first port of call for customer queries, answering directly or forwarding to the relevant colleague
  • Responsible for preparing quotations (identifying spares and cost of labour), collating project costs and sending relevant documentation to customers
  • Maintain records and systems accurately and uptodate with all information; file technical drawings, manuals etc. and Service Reports
  • Using the Service Reports and assessments by the Technical team, produce spare parts quotations and liaise with Purchasing colleagues to obtain vendor quotations
  • Follow up and create subsequent sales orders, working together with Packing, Shipping and Finance colleagues etc. when necessary, to deliver customer satisfaction
  • Arrange shipping of required service equipment when required
  • Provide other administrative support to FMS colleagues and the wider Aftermarket team if requested; cover for the Aftermarket Administrator as and when required
  • Follow best practice Health & Safety procedures at all times to keep self and other safe

Key skills requirements:


  • Experience and understanding of SAP and Salesforce systems
Possess technical experience and have the ability to read engineering drawings is essential

  • Must possess adaptability, integrity, selfmotivation and enthusiasm
  • Effective communication skills, possessing the ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a cooperative team
  • Good analysis and problemsolving skills
  • Good attention to detail; interest in learning and understanding basic technical data would be beneficial
  • Ability to identify and convert sales opportunities when dealing with customers would be ideal
Annual salary £27k when permanent. Immediate start.
