What is the day to day of the role?
- Creating & Updating HR documents
- Policies, contracts & Handbooks
- Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business.
- Responsible for planning and executing business strategies
- Analysing the company's daytoday operations
- Have an understanding of ER Cases
Required skills and qualifications:
- You will ideally be CIPD qualified, although the right level of experience would be considered if the qualification was not in place.
- For this role it is important that you have your own vehicle and full licence
- Have strong IT skills and
- Be able to work in an accurate and proactive manner
