With a particular focus on damp and water leak related matters, you will provide assistance to the Surveyors and Contractors dealing with such repairs.

You will provide proactive support to residents with clear and helpful communications to ensure access is arranged as necessary for investigations and repair works to be undertaken, as well as co-ordinating activities to deliver long-term resolution.


You will proactively engage with customers, contractors, leaseholders, tenants and all related Council Officers such as Housing Management, Legal Services, Leasehold Services, Social Services and the Home-Buy Team in the delivery of the Repairs Service.

Role Responsibilities:


  • To support the Council's Client Repairs Team by developing and delivering an effective and efficient process across Client Repairs Works services across the wider Hammersmith and Fulham property assets.
  • Lead in administration supporting workstreams across Major Repairs and Voids, Leak management and damp and mould including raising Pre and Post Inspections, works orders, written and verbal communication with residents and support for service.
  • Maintain and update relevant Quality Assurance systems/procedures/processes.
  • To assist and support the Project Manager and Surveyors with coordination of inspection and repair activities.
  • To assist the Surveyor, Contractor, Supplier or Consultant with coordination of access for the carrying out of repair activities.
