Opportunity Overview:
Resource Solutions has an exciting opportunity for Cyber Security Consultant to join their client's team.
Role Objective:
Cyber Security Consultant drives Cyber Security outcomes with key stakeholders and clients' functions to ensure the clients business is meeting its regulatory and compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a significant transformational change in the way Cyber and information security threat is considered and mitigated across the core business, 3rd party suppliers, programmes and projects.
- Driving Cyber Security outcomes with key stakeholders and Client's functions to ensure the Client's business is meeting its regulatory and compliance obligations.
- Ensuring KPI, SLA's and Metrics are identified, collated, and reported in collaboration with Global Security to drive Cyber Security activities and compliance to reduce Cyber security risk to Client.
- Reducing the risk of Data Loss to Client' and its clients working with Client's Data Security functions, business, and technologies (DLP, WSS and CASB tools); to develop its Data Security strategy and processes.
- Incident Management, driving business awareness & remediation and appropriate handoff to Global Security Operations for Forensic investigation.
- Facilitating Client Global Red Teaming exercises which requires management of commercials, scoping, testing coordination and reporting/presenting to C-Level management, as well as driving remediation.
- Ensuring issues are identified, selfreported and notified to key stakeholders to drive Cyber engagement across Client.
- Managing and quality assure staff augmentation and outsourced security arrangements, ensuring delivery to SLAs, quality controls and alignment with Client requirements.
Requirement/Qualifications:
- Experience is submissions to regulators to demonstrate Client compliance to mandatory requirements.
- Manging a Cyber Security team in an Enterprise Environment
- Experience in working in a Global FS company.
- Relevant practical and demonstrable Cyber Security industry experience and knowledge
- Demonstrable experience in enabling the business to achieve successful outcomes with Cyber Security compliance.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technology, business, or riskrelated field
- Cyber Security Certifications such as those listed (or similar demonstrable experience);
- Certified Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC);
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA);
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
