Due to expansion our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their IT Support company.

As the Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities.

As the Account Manager you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the IT support team to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analysing market trends, and develop strategies to secure new clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
  • Monitor and report on account progress, including sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Manage client accounts to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and effective manner

As the Account Manager you will have::

  • Experience in Account Management or Customer Service, ideally within a similar organisation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Experience with sales and business development is a plus
  • Knowledge of IT support services and technologies will be a requirement for the role
