Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Delivery of professional services to clients
  • Understand client work practices, gather client requirements and provide solution expertise through all project stages
  • Create project deliverables such as technical/functional requirement specifications, presentations, build/deployment guides
  • Build and deploy solutions in line with requirement specifications
  • Deliver implementation projects in line with internal methodologies and vendor guidelines
  • Perform source system data analysis to manage source to target data mapping
  • Perform data migration and testing of both static and transaction data from source to target systems
  • Deliver knowledge transfer sessions internally/externally
  • Develop service templates for delivery of solutions to industry segments and to help enable business development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify ways to innovate and improve delivery and processes
  • Actively contribute to a culture that achieves the business goals and pleases clients which is at the heart of everything they do

Essential Experience:


  • Proven industry experience delivering commercial projects in either finance, insurance, legal, pharma or retail
  • Experience in software implementation (e.g., upgrading, replacing, migrations, and developing) and consulting with clients
  • Experience of the full product deployment lifecycle from requirements gathering, implementation, and operations management
  • Experience with information governance and/or records management
  • Good knowledge of modern technologies
  • Experience working with databases
  • Experience in managing and delivering to customer expectations
  • Experience working with multiple concurrent projects and balancing competing demands
  • Superior presentation and facilitation skills
  • Exhibit welldeveloped problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively in a fastpaced environment
  • Able to travel around the UK as the work may require client site visits (approx once per month)

Desirable:


  • Knowledge and practical experience of the following technologies:
  • Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Microsoft Azure


  • Microsoft Office 36

  • Microsoft SQL Server and Integration Services
  • ECM technologies e.g. iManage Work, iManage Records Manager, Micro Focus Content Manager
  • Experience with databases, T-SQL and XML
  • Proven data migration experience using Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) methods
  • Application integration and/or development using SQL /.Net / APIs
  • Experience of other ECM platforms (OpenText, IBM, etc.)

Salary and Package:

- £35,000 to £50,000 per annum

  • Annual bonus linked to personal performance and a share of annual company profit
