1st line IT Support Analyst

£23,000 - £25,000 (based on experience) + benefits

Birmingham West Midlands - Hybrid role (commutable from Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Coventry, Redditch, Tamworth, etc )


We are looking for someone to join the IT Service Desk at our client in Birmingham as a 1st line support.

This is a nationwide, award-winning company, with over 50 years of experience. You will receive excellent training and the opportunity to progress anddevelop within the company.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 612 months experience of 1st line Support at an MSP (Essential)
  • Previous Customer Care Experience
  • Previous experience of logging tickets
  • Exposure to:
  • Active Directory


  • Microsoft office 36

  • SharePoint
  • One drive
  • Networking
  • Open to learning and developing within the company
