£23,000 - £25,000 (based on experience) + benefits
Birmingham West Midlands - Hybrid role (commutable from Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Coventry, Redditch, Tamworth, etc )
We are looking for someone to join the IT Service Desk at our client in Birmingham as a 1st line support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 612 months experience of 1st line Support at an MSP (Essential)
- Previous Customer Care Experience
- Previous experience of logging tickets
- Exposure to:
- Active Directory
- Microsoft office 36
- SharePoint
- One drive
- Networking
- Open to learning and developing within the company
