Summary of the role


The Role of a Warrant Officer is to visit our client's customers at their premises, both commercial and residential and to re-engage them with our client or carry out any other activity our clients may require on site.


You will also be visiting premises to discuss payment options, occupier details, confirm meter readings and provide invaluable information back to our clients.


Your overarching key responsibilities

  • Assisting customers to resolve financial difficulties
  • Information gathering on properties and people
  • Engaging with customers who have lost contact with our clients
  • Arranging installation of prepayment gas and electric meters

Where you will fit in the Company
This role will sit within our Revenue Protection department, you will work alongside an MPAAS engineer.


What we are ideally looking for in you

  • Experience as a Warrant Officer in a field based environment would be ideal, however this is not essential as all training will be provided.
  • Experience in a field based, security or financial recovery type of role would be beneficial.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • No day will be the same and you will be interacting with a number of different people. We need someone to be able to speak with customers in the right way to make sure we get the correct outcome.
  • A full, manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Happy to travel up to an hour

The Salary & Terms applicable for this role

  • Basic Salary: £26,000
  • Bonus: OTE of £34,000
  • Holidays: 31 days (including bank holidays), increasing with yearly service up to max of 33 days
  • Holiday Buy &

Sell Scheme:
Purchase up to 5 extra days of annual leave

  • Private Medical Care: After 3 months service you will have the option to optin to a Vitality Private Medical Cover Scheme.
Life Assurance: 2x your annual salary will be paid if the most unfortunate was to happen.
