We are recruiting for an Operations & Flight Executive to join our team and assist the Operations Manager with the coordination and scheduling of all operational matters across all our brands.

Working with the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for quoting and booking air tickets, preparing all confirmation and departure documents, liaising with suppliers for any necessary final documentation, monitoring Amadeus queues and advising clients, brand and product managers of any schedule changes or amendments that require action, monitoring advice from the FCO and updating practical travel advice.
