Are you looking for a new opportunity as a
Family Solicitor within a well-established firm?
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their Family department.

you will need to have a minimum of
2 years+ PQE and must have care proceedings experience within public and private law.



Your daily duties but not limited to:

  • Preparation of case files.
  • Dealing with private and public family law cases.
  • Correspondence with lawyers and Counsel.
  • Attending meetings with clients.
  • Attending Public Law Outline Meetings with clients.
  • Providing appropriate legal advice to clients.
  • Instructing relevant professionals in order to progress clients cases.
  • Legal Research researching various aspects of the law.
  • Court Attendance to represent clients in relation to their case.
