Sales Manager (Dual Site) - Golf and Leisure Resort's

Reading - Package in excess of £40,000

We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will lead from the front and by example, who relish the chance to meet and exceed both individual and team targets.

You will be a key member of the management team with excellent opportunities for progressionand development on offer. Prior experience selling into the Health & Fitness or similar leisure market is crucial.

Duties include:

To take responsibility in contributing to the research, planning and delivery of lead generation initiatives that drives the achievement of new member targets.
To continually improve your knowledge by keeping up to date with industry trends and seek further training and guidance from your General Manager & Regional Sales Manager
To be an active member of the team that uses the facilities and develops product knowledge to be able to answer member queries where possible.
To manage daily KPI's order to achieve monthly target and ensure daily activity from the team are met

You will be working a variety of shifts including weekends, and benefits of the job include free gym membership and a salary up to £32,000k depending on experience, with OTE of £40k well within reach
