At HGV Direct Ltd, as well as being on-line, we pride ourselves on a good local service. We have several branches, mainly in the East Midlands and North West of the country. We are an ambitious expanding company.

Our main product lines include Truck and Trailer hardware, such as friction and air braking products, Lighting, body components, electrical and lighting products, oils and lubricants, exhausts and aircon, brake and clutch hydraulics, cab panels and cab structural-products, workshop consumables and tools.


We are now looking to recruit an office administration assistant to join the existing team, at our busy Heathrow Branch.

Internal training /coaching will be provided


Main Function
Effective management of the branch administration and credit control procedures carried out in line with company policies and procedures to ensure an efficient office environment is maintained


Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Branch manager with branch administration duties and customer credit control
  • Maintaining customer relations
  • Taking telephone messages and transferring calls
  • Returns procedures paperwork
  • Goods received notes (GRN) audited prior to sending to Head Office
  • Carry out certain functions of the company's MAM system as instructed by the Branch Manager
  • To undertake from time to time any other reasonable duties as requested by the Branch manager to assist in the effectiveness of the branch business routine

20 hours per week, flexible over 4 or 5 days


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
From £10.42 per hour
