Job Title - Graduate Mechanical Engineer / Software Development Engineer

Location - Lancashire

Salary - up to £28,000 + fantastic benefits listed below

Hybrid working pattern:
( 2days/3 days in the office alternating weeks)

The Person

An Engineering Graduate with programming experience in any language as training is provided
You will be a part of an established, growing Team that sits between Design and Manufacturing
You will be working in conjunction with the R&D, IT and Manufacturing departments to help provide efficient manufacturing solutions.
You will be able to think creatively and be solution orientated with a cando attitude
Although they are looking for Engineers primarily, they also want them to have computer development skills so that there is an opportunity for them to progress within the department if the need arises. This could be development that was used as part ofan Engineering project, or maybe a personal project that they undertook.

Skills

To be considered for this Graduate Engineer role you will hold an engineering degree or similar qualification: Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive engineering.
You should have some experience of programming and, full training will be given for this position.
Whilst problem solving and improving current products is part of the role you should be able to come up with new and innovative solutions

The Role
Up to £28,000 Basic Salary (Stepped Salary growth plan)

WFH (2days/3 days in the office alternating weeks)
