At STEM Recruitment Solutions we are working with our client who are looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor based in Dundee.


  • Inspire and cultivate the team's capabilities to drive operational excellence.
  • Function as a mentor and guide for direct reports, fostering talent development in alignment with the Business Strategy.
  • Cultivate a culture of high performance across the workforce, dedicated to achieving ambitious goals.
  • Sustain and enhance Environment, Health & Safety standards across the yard, warehouse, and material handling areas.
  • Spearhead and actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at maximizing value and minimizing process inefficiencies.
  • Embrace the significance of standardized work procedures, continuous improvement, and the implementation of new standards as part of our ongoing improvement cycle.
  • Strategically plan resource allocation to ensure optimal staffing levels are met to achieve production targets.
  • Regularly compile and present reports to gauge and track results, progress in improvement efforts, and project statuses.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
