The St Peter's Hospital Endoscopy unit is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join its front of house Endoscopy reception team on a permanent basis.
The Endoscopy service is currently expanding, and we are therefore looking to recruit 7 days working patterns.
This position is well suited to individuals with experience of public facing roles, or those interested in moving across into NHS administration.
You will be an enthusiastic and caring individual, who is well organised and able to prioritise tasks in busy environments.
The post holder will provide a professional, high quality reception support to the Trust's Endoscopy department and clinical areas.
To act as the first point of contact for all Patients and Visitors to the Endoscopy Department
Provide administrative support for the Clinical staff and the Clinical Office Administration Team
To be proficient on the hospital computer systems as required

The Endoscopy Centre Reception team currently provides a comprehensive and welcoming service to patients across a 7 day service (Monday-Sunday) including part-timers.
The receptionist will carry out their duties in such a way as to make a direct and positive contribution to the administration of the Endoscopy Centre Reception.
It is essential that the Receptionist should exercise initiative within the role and vital that confidentiality be maintained at all times.
