Warehouse & Storage Manager

Location:
South Warwickshire

Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000 Basic, 28 Days Holiday Including Bank Holidays, Company Pension Scheme.

Following recent expansion, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to come onboard a specialist transport and heavy haulage organisation based in the West Midlands.

With a busy 2023 ahead, they require a seasoned manager with strong operationalskills who is able to come in and implement change as well as offer support and mentorship to a small team.

You shall sit on the senior management team and have a vast amount of autonomy and influence over your department, ensuring space and workloads are managed for the quick despatch of vehicles.

Responsibilities of the Role:

Challenge, develop, maintain and manage robust stock control systems throughout all sites.
Drive a culture of progression, support, and development for all staff.
Liaising with Operational Managers to ensure out loading and receipt of goods is managed efficiently.
To work as part of the management team to share ideas and to improve the operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities.
Provide communication to warehouse teams to enable them to plan workload
Ensure all storage is correctly billed out to customers across all sites.
Resolve invoice query's for customers in a timely manner.
Ensuring Forklifts and all lifting equipment is monitored and maintained
