Description
This role will entail working within a small office based team to successfully deliver the smooth running of a high number of constrution and reinstatement projects.
We specialise in insurance reinstatement works across all trades, usually within the domestic field.
The role is best suited to someone with experience in construction project management, customer service and administration who is looking to further their career in a small growing company.
Day to day roles:
- Report to Senior Project Co-Ordinator / Surveyors
- Answer the phone
- Support with booking in new projects
- Liaise with policy holders / clients / loss adjuster / tradesman
- Support with ordering materials / arrange waste clearance
- Support with managing the schedule
- Writing risk assessment and method statements
- Completing satisfaction questionnaires with policy holders
Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
