The Company


Nigel Wright Technology is delighted to be partnering exclusively with Castles and Coast Housing Association in their search for a Business Intelligence Lead.

This is an outstanding opportunity to drive the delivery and evolution of Castle and Coasts' data strategy.


You will be expected to confidently communicate insights and share data driven stories and narratives to inform stakeholders, identifying change and improvement opportunities.

The Role


Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach and guide the Business Intelligence team in developing Castle and Coasts Business Intelligence service offering
  • Lead and drive curiosity about data and data trends sharing insight on causality and opportunities for business improvement
  • Inform and guide the improvement of data quality by playing an advisory role to the strategic Data Governance group
  • Further enhance and expand the Power BI offering by identifying business requirements and delivering tangible data insights
  • Plan, coordinate and facilitate data focused workshops including requirements gathering
The Requirements


Key requirements include:

  • Experience in developing and delivering a Data Strategy
  • Stakeholder engagement experience
  • Strong Power BI reporting knowledge
  • Data Modelling and Data Warehousing knowledge
  • Comfortable using data to problem solve and recommend improvements
