JOB SUMMARY:

- Office based
- Henley-OnThames, Oxfordshire
- Salary: £ £27000 per annumREF: 89322This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique environment. You will be given a pool car to use on the estate (driving license essential) and will be a quick learner with strong organisational skills, supporting a busy office with a wide range of admin duties.
Duties:
- Answering the telephone
- Open post, stamp and allocate accordingly.
- Estate property services administration, to include telephone line rental, internet, SKY, and utilities
- London property service contract administration, to include booking contractors, liaising with the Housekeeper for suitable dates/times and signing off invoicing for payment
- Taking property/outbuildings meter readings and entering on schedule
- Staff holiday records to be maintained
- Keeping the Estates telephone record book uptodate and Outlook uptodate for employee details
- Vehicle fleet and insurance administration
- Congestion charge, ULEZ and airport terminal drop off charge administration
- Mobile phone account administration with associated paperwork
- Estate petty cash management and monthly returns to accounts
- Administrative support to Estate Health and Safety Adviser
- Manage staff training schedule and book any training required
- Online ordering as required
Skills/Experience:
- Previous admin experience required
- Good IT skills
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Good team player
- Quick to learn
