Description

We are seeking a Crushing Yard Operative to join us in Roche, working 43.5 hours per week Monday-Friday,

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Vehicle de-pollution, removing all fluids and hazardous items from vehicles before crushing
Processing scrap tyres, batteries and catalytic converters
Maintain good housekeeping practices ensuring areas are clean and tidy
Ensure compliance with Environmental and Health and Safety policies
Comply with manual handling guidelines
Team Player
Able to work on own initiative
Willing to work in outside areas
Own tools required to remove wheels, engine and gearbox oils, brake calipers and brake discs.
