WHAT TO EXPECT


Responsible for supporting the Events Operations Manager to coordinate and deliver events that actively showcase the full breath of JLR product capabilities in line with brand strategy.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of the event calendar
  • Producing detailed proposals for prescribed events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legals, worksheets, staffing, vehicles and budgets)
  • Coordinating the sign off of budgets in line with JLR policy
  • Liaising with the event leader/team leader
  • Supporting venue and location identification.
  • Drafting event programmes including insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are met
  • Supporting actions to ensure that the Event team are adequately informed and resourced
  • Supporting postevent evaluation and client debrief; Postevent budget reconciliation, updating relevant trackers, completing main events tracker
  • Development and management of online registration tool for guests
  • Coordinating with all suppliers and venues during event delivery
  • Managing the guest invitation and registration processes
  • Coordination all operation event delivery

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
As the Drive Events Executive, you'll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Ideally experienced in a service-oriented environment
  • Good project management skills
  • Good communication skills verbal and written
  • Organised, able to deliver workload balancing multiple projects
  • Appreciation of the Jaguar and Land Rover business and knowledge of its core products
  • Ability to work alongside functional teams and assist others
  • Full UK Drivers licence preferred
Please note that this is a temporary assignment for 12 months.

If you are a permanent employee you will return to your current role / team at the end of the assignment unless you find an alternative role.

If you are a fixed term employee you will be offered a new fixed term contract for this assignment.
