The Company recruiting for the Sales Advisor:

The Role of the Sales Advisor:
In this business-critical role, you will be handling initial incoming customer sales enquiries. You'll talk the customer through the claims process, restoration process and further steps. All of the enquiries are warm, incoming leads with no cold callingat all. At peak times, you will also help out other departments with claims handling and related administration matters. This is a Mon-Fri role, working 40 hours per week between the hours of 8am-6pm.

In this customer facing role, you will be joining an existing friendly and approachable team. You'll need to be organised, use your initiative, and a problem solver with a 'can-do' attitude. You also need to be able to keep level-headed and calm in stressfulsituations.
