Business Director - Mobile Ad Tech Platform - £65,000 - £75, % uncapped comms + benefits

The Company

My client is a leader in the mobile ad tech space with their own technology that delivers location powered, measurable ads to populations.

With a mission to reduce carbon emission offset with every digital advertisement sent, they are revolutionising the ad tech space with amazing traction across brands and agencies.

They work with some of the biggest brands worldwide, including Mars, Sky, Coca-Cola, TUI and more, with multiple trading agreements in place across the UK media holding companies.

They are looking for a Business Director to join the London team and be part of their hugely successful sales function and lead a small team across Group M or Dentsu agencies.

The Job

Actively sell into agencies across the digital media landscape
Lead a team of 2 junior agency sellers
Report directly into the Head of Sales
Speak with the full range of agency personnel from planners/buyers to senior agency partners and Csuite levels to grow agency relationships and further trading agreements
Selling market leading solutions across digital, including display, video, inapp and more, as well as the development of new products across audio, CTV and DOOH.
Working with the team to hit quarterly revenue targets and capitalise on all revenue streams

You

Exceptional knowledge of the digital advertising and media landscape
A strong book of contacts across the media agency landscape
Group M or Dentsu preferred, but not a necessity
Someone who wants to take the next step in their career to manage a team, or has experience managing already.
You will be keen to work in a growing company and bring the best out of a brilliant team
A personable, approachable, positive and focused individual who is comfortable in a leading role
