CMA Recruitment Group are working with a reputable business based in Hedge End, Hampshire, to help them recruit a newly created Purchase Ledger Assistant on a permanent basis.
What will the Purchase Ledger role involve:
- Checking and posting purchase invoices from suppliers and registering them against regular service sheets;
- Investigating any variances from warehouse system costing to invoices;
- Maintaining agency invoices checking to timesheets and processing;
- Investigating any variances from PO requisitions to invoice;
- Monitoring supplier ledger accounts to statements and reconciling for differences;
- Adhoc to raise monthly supplier payment run and payment requests as required.
- The suitable Purchase Ledger Assistant will have some prior experience with purchase ledger or administration, with the desire to learn;
- Strong attention to detail.
