The Role

Due to our continued success here at Fortem, we are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Delivery Specialist to manage the day-to-day Service Desk operations and performance.

The Project
Reporting to the Service Delivery Lead, you will provide hands-on, customer centric support to Fortem employees.

The Service Delivery team is seen as a business focused support function that strives to deliver a high first time fix rate.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide sitebased support should the need arise
  • Ensure tickets assigned to the Service Delivery team are reviewed
  • Support Service Delivery Analysts with complex incidents, being a point of escalation
  • Day to day line management of the Service Delivery Analysts
  • Adhering to the ITIL principles in Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers such as MSP's, Software and Hardware vendors
  • Responsibility for the integrity of objects within Active Directory, e.g. Users, Computers and Security Groups
