Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department's initiatives and strategies.

This individual will assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing various projects, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Coordination:

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and materials needed for campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team.

Content Creation and Management:

Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of content across relevant platforms.
Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral.

Event Coordination:

Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, and promotional materials.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution and maximize engagement.

Digital Marketing Support:

Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries or comments in a timely manner.
Collaborate with digital marketing specialists to optimize online presence and drive traffic and engagement.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
