Continence Nurse Team Leader.

Permanent-37.5 Hours


We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse to join our continence Team with Dudley Community Services.


We are looking for dynamic team leader to lead the service and who is committed to delivering high standards of care and to support the continence team.

You will be responsible for promoting continence and management of incontinence for patients on your own caseload and for assessing, planning and evaluating treatment programmes for patients in clinics and home settings.

You will also be expected to take part in education events, e.g. other health professionals, social care providers and voluntary agencies.


The role will involve line management responsibility to junior members of the team; the provision of clinical advice, assessment and support for patients with continence issues.
