Our client are a well known luxury brand who are looking for an experienced Retail HR Manager to join them.

You will support the HR Director in the overall people strategy and partner with the business to provide an excellent HR support.

You will be working closely with managers across the business helping with a wide variety of People and Culture activities.

You should be used to a fast paced and have experience of working within retail and know how to secure a People First Culture andwhat it takes to build, develop and maintain good people and culture practices.

This is a generalist role and key focuses for the role will include:

Talent Development
HR Policies
HR Operations

You must be a true HR Business Partner and be passionate about building relationships and being visible in stores, this is key as you will to coach and develop store management with regards to HR policies and procedures and empower them to 'own their businesses'.

Retail experience is essential and you must have previously worked at Senior HR Advisor/HR Manager/Business Partner level.
