Your primary responsibility will involve supporting the Highways Operation Centre in providing highquality services to our valued customers.
  • In this role, you will ensure your teams deliver high quality and timely responses to customer enquiries through various communication channels. Our emphasis is on delivering quality work and getting it right the first time. Furthermore, you will collaborate with other teams within the Highways Operation Centre, alongside other teams across the business to gather valuable customer insights and drive continuous improvements in our services. Our goal is to ensure that every decision we make revolves around putting the customer at the forefront of our operations.
