The Role:

Ensure the safe and efficient operation & handling of production machinery whilst producing and assembling products, ensuring all products are inspected and accurate; ready for distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collating and processing production sheets for outgoing orders
• Maintain industryleading delivery lead times on signage and printed clothing
• Working alongside the warehouse teams to ensure orders are produced on time and despatched with stocked product
• Produce goods to order, to reduce stock holding on customerbranded lines
• Managing the workload of the production team
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all goods are first class
• Collating production orders to be despatched with the rest of the sales order, or in as few deliveries as possible
• Managing the procurement of printing materials within the agreed budget
• Continuous improvements to production processes
• Maintain all printing machinery to the highest levels
• Keeping designated area(s) clean and tidy
• Report to the warehouse manager daily, staff, output and facilities

Key skills and attributes

• Experienced in Rastorlink Software
• Able to use both Mimaki CJV150 Roll Printer and JFX200 Flatbed Printer
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator
• Able to lead a team
• Efficient and attention to detail

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
