As a leading Family owned and run Independent Retail Jeweller our client specialises in Vintage and bespoke jewellery alongside pre-owned Luxury Watches. Located in a premier retail location the business also offers a range of customer services,jewellery and watches, and collectable buying of pre-loved luxury items alongside a valuations and repairs service. Job role:


  • Reporting to the company owner this position is key to the successful operation of the store and all its related trading activities.
  • The smooth running of the sales floor will be key alongside the selection where opportune of areas of merchandise to bring to market.
  • There will be areas of specialist merchandise knowledge that you are well versed in and although you pride yourself to being a goto person you are happy to team share / facilitate others as to all your knowhow.
  • Undoubtedly for all in retail who similarly match our clients passion for delivering best customer experience this position demands exactness and adherence to best instore protocols at an enterprise level that is ever set to go above and beyond.
  • Moving forward sales revenues in a manner that will long term patronage build is the ask.
  • As will be the ability to actively network appropriately with existing clientele and those encountering the business for the very first time.

Requirements:


  • Demonstrate a past / present level of responsibility within a retail jewellery business.
  • Have a penchant for preowned watches and jewellery and give examples of previous purchasing enterprise / methodologies.
  • It maybe that in addition to watch experience you possess fine / designer jewellery sales experience bespoke or preloved.
  • Be aware as to recent Jewellery market trends and how these may present additional trading opportunities.
  • Possess an outwardly engaging knowledgeable stature that can quickly establish empathy and capture purchasers' keenness to trade.
