Job Purpose:


The purpose of the
Logistics Planner role is to deliver the IMS products to consumers, keep them working and validate the data produced.

This role is within the SVR Operations Team, whose overall purpose is to provide an excellent service to our customers which is low cost and scalable, ensuring;
- that our products are delivered to the end customer within the agreed service levels (SLAs) and in an appropriate manner.
- that the products remain in good working condition and continue to generate the required risk management data.
- the accuracy of the risk management data.

The Logistics
planner is a vital component of the business, responsible for:

  • Managing the Client(s) service request inline with contractual SLA's
  • Liaising with Client(s) and install sites for booking
  • Managing internal engineer diaries in the most costeffective way whilst maintaining the agreed SLA's and managing the outsourcing to a mínimal level
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure engineers have required stock at all times
  • Providing weekly MI for the Head of Operations to evidence that all processes are being completed in line with SLAs and to the agreed standard.
  • Maintaining accurate reporting for department performance and accuracy of billing
  • Acting up in the absence of the Head of Operations
  • Experience in job scheduling/route planning
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment with a focus on delivering great customer service
  • Great written communication, verbal communication and telephone manner
  • Ability to interpret and analyse statistical information and trends, with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience across a wide range of IT systems with a proven capability to learn new systems quickly
Willingness to take personal responsibility for team targets and work efficiently and effectively with all team members

£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
