MarCloud, a leading marketing automation consultancy based in Liverpool, UK.


We are looking for an ambitious and analytical B2B demand generation marketer to help us generate more Leads for our growing Salesforce consultancy based in Liverpool Our business has grown organically through inbound marketing and we are looking for someone passionate to join our team and continue with our thought-leadership approach.

A core part of the role is to help generate net new Prospects in our marketing automation platform Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE aka Pardot).


In your role, you'll be responsible for Marketing's contribution to revenue, designing and executing on strategies that create growth, drive customer awareness and top of funnel results.

This role will very much be 'marketing to marketers' as such B2B marketing experience in this area is important.

Act like an owner of demand, optimising our strategies, basing them around a strong understanding of our target customer and their buying journey

Collaborate with our teams to ensure that we deliver the right message to the right persona, through a medium that engages them and meets MarCloud's brand expectations

Be accountable to Sales Development, Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment and seamless communications and lead handover

Work closely with our Business and Data Analyst to create clear and consistent reporting loops

You've been responsible for meeting pipeline goals in a B2B Marketing function

You're eager to engage small businesses on tactical needs and large Enterprise accounts on a range of pain points

You know the difference between demand capture and demand creation, and have your own ideas on how these motions will work at MarCloud

You love being embedded with Sales & Bus Development functions

You're a builder - competent in Salesforce Marketing Automation and CRM user who likes to build for yourself and others

You equally value creative and messaging with data and acquisition efficiency, and you're comfortable providing justification for all of it

You're excited to innovate acquisition campaigns in line with changing buyer expectations


Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and Inbound Marketing
  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Supporting our sales team by creating MQL's that are sent to our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Google AdWords and LinkedIn Ads Management:
  • Develop and implement effective Google Ads strategies to enhance MarCloud's online visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Product marketing
  • Create marketing campaigns to promote and sell our packaged solutions that sit on our MarCloud Technologies site.
  • Drive traffic and signups on the MarCloud Technologies portal
  • Sales Material Creation:
  • Craft compelling sales materials to support the sales team, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation.
  • Creating template materials for our salespeople and consultants to use to help sell MarCloud
  • Create material and content to help Salesforce better understand and sell MarCloud as a partner
  • Manage the monthly newsletter to prospects
- 'Market to marketers'
  • Our clients are typically marketing professionals
  • LinkedIn Social Media Management:
  • Manage and enhance MarCloud's presence on LinkedIn, engaging with our audience and promoting brand awareness.
  • SEO & Copywriting
  • Proficient in optimising content for SEO and proactively improving our content
  • Contribute regularly to the MarCloud blog which is well known within the Salesforce community
  • Familiar with SEO tools such as Moz, Google Search Console and Google Trends.
  • Internal Wiki
  • Support our internal team by creating documentation and content for our internal Wiki
  • Events:
  • Provide support in organising and executing events, ensuring seamless coordination and representation of MarCloud's services.
  • Innovation and ideas
  • Proactively look for new ways to attract new visitors to the site to generate Leads. For example, implementing an interactive digital ebook solution instead of using static PDF's.

Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to Eoin Walsh, the VP of Sales at MarCloud.


Requirements:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating effective sales materials.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, particularly Pardot.
  • Ability to collaborate with remote teams and work efficiently with high levels of autonomy.

Experience:


Digital marketing:
>1 years (required)

B2B Marketing >1 years (required)

Marketing agency or consultancy: 2 years (desirable)

Marketing degree (desirable)
