Static Multiskilled Engineer (Electrically Biased) - Central London - £42,000 + Bonuses and Overtime

Concept have a brand new opportunity for an experienced Multiskilled Engineer to work on a static basis for a leading FM & Construction company based in the Central London region.

Your Duties

Maintain mechanical & electrical plant and equipment.
Assist in the general Building Maintenance services. Which is includes but is not limited to general plumbing work, legal testing of emergency lighting, PAT, other general mechanical and electrical service tasks.
Be able to fault find and correctly identify spare parts to carry out repairs and order through appropriate channels
Ensuring sufficient preparation of Risk assessments have been produced for works within the sites.
Monitor stock for regular PPM tasks.
Estimation of small work jobs and managing minor small works.
Be available for out of hours major emergencies.

Personnel

Must be prepared to travel throughout London and the surrounding M25 region.
Must have experience in maintenance and fault finding on a range of equipment including, Electric trace heating, electric water heaters, ventilation systems, Pumps pressurization, circulation, water booster systems, switchgear, data points/cables, UPS,small power and lighting.
Commercial plumbing experience would be advantageous.
