3+ years of experience in instructional design
Project Management & Compliance Management skills
Understanding of adult learning they and instructional design principles

What will you do?

Wk on projects to suppt development of job training f a variety of processes within the Payments Compliance department.
Learn about the wk of Payments Compliance to ensure the learning content you design is suppting the team to meet its regulaty obligations.
Review feedback about training content and suggest improvements.
Wk with stakeholders and ensure effective communication about training content launches.
