Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cleaning Service team leader for our Shopping centers division to manage an internal & external team of 40 staff

Pay rate:
£14.84 per hour

Contract:
Permanent

Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Location:
White Rose Shopping Centre, Dewsbury Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 8LU

A Full UK driving licence and IOSH or above is require for this role.

In your new role as a Senior Team Leader, you will allocate cleaning duties, manage and control the issuing and usage of cleaning materials and provide inductions and specific training on equipment, cleaning practices and use of chemicals.

You will be responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning.

You will ensure that the cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required.

You will monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials.
You will deal with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner,
