Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Clinical Supplies Project Coordinator to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Uxbridge.

Our client is focused on finding, developing and distributing novel remedies that assist people to overcome severe illnesses.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.


Key Responsibilities:


  • For this role, you will handle and track all actions and milestones linked to outsourced work and any other divisional projects allocated.
  • Guarantee pricing and terms in outsourced project and label vendor quotations are constant with MSA.
  • Converse with accountable drug supply manager on features of clinical supplies packaging and labelling design and study needs.
  • When needed, you will translate planned orders such as print and production into process orders accomplishing all necessary user fields and adding long text.
  • As the Clinical Supplies Project Coordinator, you will work crossfunctionally with others and project teams in multiple fields.
  • Recognise prospects for improving business procedures and/or contribute to project teams that are solely focused on continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and approve of vendor created production orders and any other connected documents such as change orders.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:


  • Educated to a degree level in a pharmacy, engineering, business or life science field.
  • Expertise and comprehension of regulatory and CGMP principles.
  • Knowhow of ERP/MRP systems and supply chain principles.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical organisations or similar linked healthcare settings.
