    Job Summary

    This is an opportunity to lead and support Oracle EBS HCM, specifically focusing on EBS Core HR, Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients. The role requires hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Core HR, Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients.


    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation & support of Oracle EBS HCM for EBS Core HR, Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients.
    A key part of this role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences from technical teams to senior management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and support Oracle EBS HCM projects with a focus on ongoing maintenance/upgrade activities related to the use of available features that are maintained by our vendor (Oracle). This includes developing & executing plans aimed at ensuring business value achieved through new module adoption within existing processes/human resources landscape change initiatives;
    • Liaise closely with stakeholders including other IT professionals as well as end-users across multiple departments such as finance operations team personnel throughout different stages lifecycle phase e.g., during setup application training ;
