Role Purpose
RS Safety Solutions is recognised as leading supplier of PPE. The continuation of that recognition is predicated on maintaining a class leading production department.

The production of Category 3 PPE items and the embellishment of clothing to our customer specifications is paramount to our Key Stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist the Production Expeditor and other managers. Process product to be manufactured to specifications and in conformity with company quality system. To conduct yourself in a manner which ensures reputation of Company is maintained at a high standard. Operate safely.
  • It is essential that all our employees are flexible because the volume of business fluctuates from time to time. Therefore, you may be asked to transfer, or to help out on different departments, within the company from time to time. This flexibility allows the company to operate efficiently and also provides opportunities for staff to develop a wider range of skills and develop their potential.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications Required

Essential

  • Basic PC skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management and planning skills with a proven ability to work well under pressure
  • Results orientated

Communication:


  • A good standard of verbal and written skills
  • Identify & liaise with decision makers and key stake holders internally and, on an infrequent basis, externally.

Desirable

  • Show good teamwork/collaboration skills
  • Demonstrate selfmotivation and desire to succeed in a high volume production environment.
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Proven experience in a demanding production environment
