Role - Service Coordinator / AdministratorBasic Salary - £25 000 Per Year
Location - Ringwood, Hampshire
Shift Pattern - Monday-Friday / Days

Purpose:
The Role & Responsibilities:
- To be the first point of contact for customer service calls
- To regularly update job status on internal / external computer systems
- To efficiently deal with internal departments / customer and contractor queries
- To assign completed jobs to 'Completed' status on the computer system
- To update customers website systems with job status / estimated time of arrivals for contractors / contractors return to fit parts if required
- Produce daily reports on customer job status's for both internal / external distribution
