Our Estate Planning Consultants have a professional approach and show a genuine desire to help our clients achieve their estate planning aims.

You'll take pride in delivering genuinely outstanding customer service and in treating clients with great sensitivity and understanding.

Using your expert knowledge of estate planning and will writing your role will involve:

Visiting clients in their home and providing them with appropriate advice, Instruction Taking and Attestation Services.
Clearly and concisely explaining complex legal issues to clients surrounding estate planning.
Adhering to Fielding Triggs compliance and sales process.
Skilled in establishing a client's needs and presenting the solution to the client to meet those needs
Being proactive in marketing the company's products and services including pursuing upsells and referrals.
Being committed to our culture to seek continuous personal improvement and to meet (or exceed) all professional development (CPD) targets.
Positively managing professional relationships with Introducers.
Obtaining referral business from new and existing clients and from your own initiative.

Your Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for people who can demonstrate a high level of skill, knowledge and experience in this field

In particular:

A member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers or the Society of Will Writers would be advantge
Experience in using draft writing software
Bring demonstrable expert knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts and LPAs
Have strong experience dealing face to face with clients
Display exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Exhibit excellent time management skills
Have the ability to use your own initiative and to generate referrals
Present yourself professionally and show truly excellent client care skills
Hold a full UK driving licence and own reliable transportation
