Our SubseaConnectors Business in Ulverston is on the lookout for a Coordinator to joinour Order Engagement Team.


We're a world leader in the design and manufacture of Subsea electrical and fibreoptic connectors used in the Oil & Gas and Renewables sectors.

Our state-of-the-artfacility in Ulverston situated 10 minutes from the Lake District offers anidyllic working environment, with remote working options also available basedon the business need.

You will work closely with both internal and externalstakeholders to successfully deliver our connector orders through the plant andonto our customers with a strong focus on quality and on time delivery.

Your profile

  • Attention to detailand a strong customer focus whilst working in a high pace environment is amust.
  • Once trained, anability to work independently, managing work scopes with mínimal supervision.
  • Proven experiencein a sales/customer service setting is desirable.
  • Knowledge andunderstanding of both ERP and PLM systems (SAP & Team Centre) is alsodesirable but not essential.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for thehandling and loading of customer orders once received into the business.
  • Undertake day today commercial operations and communication with customers and internalstakeholders across the business.
  • Interfacing with theOrder Delivery Team to ensure quality handover of work scopes as they enter theproduction phase.
  • Assist in managingand maintaining relationships with allocated customers.
  • Ensuring customercomplaints & concessions are closed out in a timely & professionalmanner.
  • Providing customerswith regular detailed order update reports.
  • Responsible takeaction to ensure orders stay on track in terms of on time delivery and quality.
  • Undertake visits tocustomer sites and host visits as and when required.
