Description

The post holder will be responsible for patients who attend the Emergency Assessment Bay (EAB).

These will be patients with complications due to systemic anti-cancer therapy, radical/palliative radiotherapy, or hormonal or bisphosphonate therapy for metastatic disease, and within 6 weeks from their last cycle of treatment.

You will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of a comprehensive Emergency Assessment oncology and haematology nursing service in line with national directives, working collaboratively with clinicians and other healthcare professionals across the region and nationally.
