As a Fleet Specialist in Digital Services at Volvo Trucks, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering digital tools and services that empower our customers with insights to enhance productivity.

Collaborating with our national fleet team, you'll design, develop, and deliver fleet management and transport solutions to our esteemed national fleet customers.

You'll work closely with our national fleet customers, internal teams, and dealer network to understand and address customer requirements effectively.


  • Customerfocused with excellent communication skills

Proficiency with Volvo Connect or telematics systems**:

  • Possession of a valid driving license

Familiarity with Office 365, particularly Excel:

The Day to Day as a Fleet Specialist:

  • Identifying and understanding customer requirements through account management meetings
  • Providing training and support on Fleet & Digital Services
  • Ensuring the development of solutions aligns with customer needs
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure the dealer network follows processes for optimal customer experience
  • Delivering services that add value and drive revenue growth
  • Focusing on optimum vehicle performance for customers
  • Driving continuous improvement in key performance management and reporting
  • Supporting Key Account Managers and the vehicle handover process
  • Troubleshooting with customers and working with flagship clients
