Job Title:
Roofer


Duties:

• Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements
• Install, repair, or replace various types of roofing materials, such as shingles, tiles, or metal
• Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
• Remove old roofing materials and properly dispose of them
• Ensure roofs are properly sealed and waterproofed to prevent leaks
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working at heights

Skills:

• Experience in roofing installation, repair, or replacement
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications for roofing projects
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot roofing issues
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
