An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6 team leader to join our paediatric community team.

The post holder must be an enthusiastic and positive individual, with a can do attitude and demonstrate experience as a paediatric community nurse.

Paediatric community nursing is forever evolving and the service requires the post holder to lead the community team and work in partnership with the multidisciplinary team

Working within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and be responsible for ones own professional conduct and monitor these aspects with the paediatric community team

work jointly with other team leaders and deputise in managers absence

to influence the overall efficiency and development of paediatric community nursing

identify and develop clinical changes to working practice and working in different ways to enhance service provision and work with managers to achieve this

provide daily leadership and clinical support for community. Maintain 75% clinical and 25% managerial role
