  • Working with Leith designers to articulate our shared vision for the type and quality of digital design work we can excel in, and helping to map a pathway to achieving this.
  • Working with the Head of Product Delivery to continually review and optimise the process for onboarding new digital opportunities and the role that UX plays in digital product delivery.
  • Working with engineering and QA to drive forward the accessibility standards of the digital products we design and build, and to support our clients to identify and address issues with their existing digital solutions.

-
Bridge building: between people and technology, between business needs and user needs, between brand identity and usability etc - negotiate a compromise and articulate a solution that's in everyone's best interests.
-
Quality control: ensuring that the approach we take is strategically sound and sustainable, and the execution is usable, accessible and deliverable.
