    Reports to: Head of Sales

    Ready to take the lead on one of the most exciting fragrance portfolios in the UK market? We're looking for a Senior National Account Manager to drive our retail strategy, strengthen key customer partnerships and unlock big growth—particularly across our high‐profile Boots business.

    This is a high‐impact role where you'll shape strategy, own customer relationships, and play a pivotal part in delivering the UK fragrance vision. You'll also manage and develop a National Account Executive, helping elevate performance across smaller fragrance accounts.

    This is the perfect role for a high‐potential NAM ready to step up , or a seasoned SNAM seeking a fresh challenge in a fast‐paced, dynamic business.

    What you'll be doing

    Own retail + net sales performance and deliver against ambitious KPIs

    Build and implement strategic account plans that maximise growth

    Lead Boots fragrance strategy—driving category expansion and new opportunities

    Deliver sharp weekly reporting packed with insight and commercial recommendations

    Maintain accurate forecasting and robust P&L management

    Drive distribution, visibility and promotional effectiveness across all channels

    Lead range reviews—space, listings, VM and negotiation

    Ensure flawless execution of promotions both online and in‐store

    Build powerful internal and external stakeholder relationships

    Prepare and lead retailer strategy meetings and workshops

    Coach and develop your NAE to deliver brilliant results

    What you'll bring

    A driven, commercially minded salesperson with a track record of success

    Strong fragrance/beauty or wider health & beauty experience

    Analytical strength, high numeracy, and confidence with Excel & PowerPoint

    Clear communication, strong influencing skills, and a flair for creative problem‐solving

    Leadership experience preferred (but not essential)
